Taoist Treasures and Yoni Egg Practice (moved to 2-12)

An introductory workshop about the Taoist  Feminine Treasures and Jade egg practice.

During this workshop we will come together to connect deeply to our feminine essence by learning about the Jade Egg and other Taoist feminine embodiment practices for cultivating and harnessing sexual/life force energy to support your vitality, making you feel grounded, centered, and connected and help you to release tension in your pelvic floor and re-sensitise the inner landscape of your yoni. There will be an in depth discussion about the jade egg – what it is, how to use it and all the benefits.  Beside this we will dive into the other Taoist feminine practices like Taoist breast massage, inner smile meditation, ovarian breathing and microcosmic orbit.

In the second part of the workshop you will be guided through all of these taoist practices. Of course all guidance is only an invitation and you don’t need a yoni egg to participate fully. In case you don’t have a yoni egg yet, there will be an option to purchase 100% pure nephrite jade eggs (55 euro), amethyst or/and tiger eye eggs (45 euro) + you will receive an ebook to support you in continuing this journey✨

This workshop is for women completely new to the Yoni egg, feminine practices, and women’s circles, and is also great for women with experience who want to refresh their jade egg practice or just be in the nourishing presence of a supportive group of women.

Practicals:

Please bring:

• 2 sarongs/towel
• Coconut oil or any other natural skin friendly oil
• Yoni egg if you have one
• Something to small to eat
• Your beautiful self exactly as you are in the moment!
