Sweatlodge Women & Venus ritual

Dear sisters, women of all ages,

a warm welcome in the Womb of the Earth, in a safe circle of women.

To enter a sweat lodge is like coming home into the womb of mother earth. Traditionally, it is a cleansing and healing process on four levels: physical, emotional, mental and energetic.

A sweatlodge reminds us that we can come back into balance in and with ourselves, and with all the elements. So that we can be more powerful, be better grounded and live more from our hearts and from who we really are.
In this sweat lodge you may release everything that still burdens you consciously or unconsciously into the earth, the water, the stones, the herbs and our breath. To create space on all levels for what wants to live in us and to connect with our body and our heart. We honor our bodies, our primal force, wisdom and abundance that we carry within us. And trust the messages we may receive.

Before this ceremony, we connect our intentions with the volcanic grandmother stones. In the sweat lodge we consciously distance ourselves from the old, and connect with our heart, belly, womb, yoni, feelings and all our senses, to give space to what is needed in the moment. We take time to sink into the safe bed of mother earth and trust in the source of healing. Without masks, without frills, just in our beautiful naked bodies that we may experience and feel on all layers. Warmth, water, breathing, singing, sounds, sweating, crying, laughing, playing, question and answer, sinking in heart and belly, letting go, growing, enjoying…

We invite all women, from all ages, to join us, to connect with the elements and your own inner authentic core and your female power. Everybody is welcome, with or without experience, in every phase of your life you are in, with what is living in you, in every moment of your cycle, so also in your moontime (we honor women in their moon period).

Special about this sweatlodge, is that we connect with the energy of Venus. During my journeys to Mexico and Peru, I connected with the spirit of Venus, her sensual, sexual, creative and artistic energy. We will take that energy into our feminine sweatlodge!
