We invite you to another evening of relaxation & connection: a special movement & sound journey co-created by Mariana Root, Pedro Collares & Jana Toepfer
Who sang you into existence?
We are the living dreams of those who came before us. Connect to the dreams and prayers of your grandfathers and grandmothers. Connect to your roots. Feel the sense fo belonging and support of your lineage. Your heart is filled with the prayers that were given to you as guidance for your path now to continue the living prayer of NOW. We are now at the front of the line, the ones who are creating the NOW. Can we let our actions be infused with the prayers that we hold within?
Let’s feel the connection to our roots in our blood and bones through soothing movements that allow us to physically lean into what supports us, and allow the sounds and songs to guide you back to the dreams of your ancestors.
