‘Rooted in the Heart’, here in Aljezur, Portugal in the Temple of the Earth 
Starting Friday evening 7 October, dancing until Sunday late afternoon.
Imagine yourself dancing in a yurt, enjoying campfire and sauna in the evenings, sharing and meeting with other fellow humans, in a magical land with good music, yummy food and a natural lake 
This is an opportunity to connect and dive deeper in the dance, as well as a longer time to listen, reconnect and feel our bodies and hearts.
Using the Elements map from Movement Medicine, we will invite our connection to the Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, to guide and support us in our dance, allowing ourselves to find ground and holding, to find expression and alignment, to call for surrender and fluidity, and hopefully bring lightness into our movements and life.
