Reunite in Connection

A gathering where you can truly be yourself in connection with others. A space where we listen to each other, are curious and can learn from each other. What do you want to express, what is alive in you but also how and from where do you communicate with others. How do you embody your feelings and emotions and what is the story behind your words.

We create a safe setting where you can confidently express what is going on inside of you. A setting where you can share your story in all vulnerability. This may be in words, in silence or in whatever form you want to express what is going on inside of you. In the moment we feel with each other if and what is needed or can be helpful to bring you closer to yourself on a deeper level.

We often get traumatised in the presence of others and then it is good to heal in connection with others. Through coming together men and women in a group provides the field in which we can bring out the best in each other. By breaking through the shame and sharing and listening to each other’s story there will be recognition and acknowledgement but at the same time understanding and compassion arises for one another.

We all have our origins, our own truth and a different perspective on life and how wonderful it would be if we could share that with each other and learn from each other. A meeting where you ask for the attention of the other so you can take your space to share. A safe space where we dare to look each other in the eye and ask for help. Under my guidance I will take you on this profound journey where you;
