On May 24th we invite you to a deep inner journey where Circle Work and Playfight come together.
A day to connect in respect and authenticity with ourselves and others, engaging fully with our bodies and their wisdom!
🔸Morning: deepening circle
A safe space to look at the stories that keep us from our joyful way of being, discovering the gifts behind them. A way to communicate from our hearts and express our feelings in healthy ways
🔸Afternoon: Playfight
After an introductory session we’ll explore the Intentional Playfight, the therapeutic frame where to process personal topics and fight for what you long for.
A way to use our inner power and with respect, taking care of ourselves and our boundaries.
