Improvisation Dance Workshop
I invite you to join me for a very special dance experience. Our journey will cover three main sessions:
Me – myself
From down on the floor to standing. Rooting in to self-expression and scanning our body form
Searching for our own groove and qualities influenced by the Gaga language.
Me -You
Exploring eye contact between one another and our self-practice, partnering guided tasks focused on giving and receiving movements.
You- Me
Combining together all the information into composition and scores creating dance.

Israeli Modern Release dancer and performer
Graduate B.A. – Jerusalem Dance Academy, Israel
Specialty- Ice technique, classical dance background influenced by Contact improvisation and Gaga Movement language
Love to move and to facilitate moving spaces
This workshop is for anyone who wants to move and get inspiration on more ways to let the body talk. It is an invitation to see more possibilities in life through connection and expression.
