HEART YONI -talk

Dear Yoni-owners,
So grateful to invite you again to the powerful field of Gestalt Therapy. During this 4 hour workshop we are going to dive deeper into the connection between our Heart & Yoni.
Gestalt Therapy is based on the same principles as family constellation whereby you tap into the ‘knowing field’.
This technique gives us the opportunity to meet the voice, sometimes even character, and truths of your Heart & Yoni.
We are going to listen and maybe be surprised by what’s hidden inside and dis-cover the needs/desires of our Yoni and Heart to feel a greater sense of connection between the two, which will benefit our whole being.
This workshop is to:
Receive wisdom
Gain awareness
Strengthen the connection between Heart& Yoni
Feel more wholesome
Feel more confident
Expand understanding
Get in touch with your sexuality
On this day we will do some exercises to drop deeper into our body and expand our loving curiosity, after this you will be led through the conversation and have time to integrate.
