My name is Lottie and I have been teaching all sorts of yoga for over 7 years (E-RYT 500)
I feel blessed to have recently moved to the Temple of the Earth. I needed to connect more to the elements of nature to experience my body and my life on a deeper level. Yoga is a big part of that for me. To heal myself and others.
