Earthdance – Full moon Shamanic dance

A Dance to celebrate the Full moon, life & well – everything!

I offer, with Dj’ed heart-opening funky dance & world music, a guided journey for us to drop really deeply back into ourselves through music  –  to Ground, open our hearts, & dance out any current difficulties & stuckness, and then back out again into our JOY, & then finally to a deep still meditational finish. Celebrating beauty, celebrating ourselves.

There is a strong Shamanic element to the class.
