A dance to celebrate life and wel.. everything!
I offer, with Dj’ed heart-opening funky dance & world music, a guided journey journey for us to drop really deeply back into ourselves through music – to ground, open our hearts and dance out any current difficulties and stuckness, to move it back into JOY. We will end with a deep still meditation.
Celebrate beauty, celebrate ourselves.
There is a strong Shamanic element to the class.
