Devotion into Motion is coming to Aljezur!
Devotion into Motion is a co-creation between La Mitch, Alana Una, and you, the dancers. Together we create a powerful medical dance journey in which we use the power of devotion to connect deeply with ourselves.
Dance is the ultimate meditation that has been used by all cultures through time to connect, release, heal, and completely transcend. By holding a 100% non-verbal, non-judgmental, and sober space, we want to bring this sacred practice to you.
To support the dance journey, Alana will guide us into the space, our bodies, and the present moment. She’ll help us to tap into the power of devotion and connect to the movements that yearn to be expressed.
La Mitch will be in service of the dance journey. By being in constant connection with the dance floor, she’ll create captivating waves of music that guide our bodies through various movements and emotions.
