A Dance Ritual is a safe and mindful place for us to be fully in the moment, to express life as it wants to flow through us without the mind jugging or restraining. What makes it a Ritual rather than just another Jam is the intention that we put in it.
I will hold the space with a special focus on mindfulness and safety, that will make our nervous system feel at home and will allow playfulness, creativity, communication and movement …
What will happen will be a mutual creation…that could include dance, touch, improvisation of any kind including a focus on Contact Improvisation, drawing, observing, resting, meditating and much more…
No experience needed, just come with an open mind and will to play..
