Dance OURmagic

OURmagic is a lightly guided dance journey through the five elements, with the intention to connect to the intelligence and aliveness of our bodies, to find expansion and trust in our movement and to find the inspiration back home to our inner spark of magic. It is based on the modality Dancing Freedom, which is a somatic, shamanic, ecstatic, expressive free style dance form and movement meditation.
OURmagic is for everyone who wants to explore the subtle and the wild, the raw and the vulnerable, the joyful and the powerful, the ecstatic and the authentic groove in you, without judgment, and with a good portion of self-love. You need no prior dance experience. Only bring your amazing self just the way you are and some willingness to dance, sweat, express, breathe and FEEL.
My name is Amina, I am a Swedish/Palestinian dancer, pleasure activist and female sexuality educator. Apart from being a Dancing Freedom facilitator I draw on long experience dancing 5 rhythms, contact improvisation, authentic and somatic movement, improvisation and many, many other dance modalities. I deeply trust in our bodies’ capacity to connect to our inner resources and wisdom when we dare to EMBODY what is longing to MOVE in us.
Bring water and comfortable clothes to sweat in as well as a sweater for start and finish when we will lie down. I highly recommend giving yourself the gift to come early and take the time to arrive for a moment in silence before we start.
