Applied Astrogeomancy and Permaculture Design

Welcome to our  Applied Astrogeomancy and Permaculture Design on Nov 11/12/13 at the Temple of the Earth, Aljezur!

This is different to a ‘regular’ PDC and perfectly suits our sacred land and our visions to regenerate Nature and hold space for healing, rituals and performance.

🪐Astrogeomancy is a neologism that tries to convey the fusion of astronomy, numerology, music, sacred geometry and sacred metrology. This blend of science-art-philosophy was used by prehistoric megalithic high cultures to construct their settlements, monuments, temples, calendars and rituals. They did so to align their societies with higher spiritual principles.

🌳Permaculture is a design and management method inspired by the patterns and principles observed in nature. Common fields of application are regenerative agriculture, biodiversity optimization, civil engineering, eco-architecture and community resilience.

You will go away knowing how to apply to your designs the Golden Ratio, Pythagorean harmonics and sacred geometry principles; how to build a labyrinth and a healing space and physically align them to the cosmic cycles.
Theory in the mornings will be followed by practical work after lunch. The experience will include ritual and celebratory ceremony, meditation, etc.

A certificate will be issued to those who complete this foundational course successfully.

The teacher 
Xavier de la Huerga is the founder and director of Aula Mistérica, an educational organization dedicated to the research, recovery and diffusion of ancient astrogeomantic wisdom and technology. Aula Mistérica also promotes pilgrim lifestyles and demographic redistribution away from cities through Project Microcosmos.
Xavier has been digging ever deeper into the esoteric traditions of the world since he read The Doors of Perception (Aldous Huxley) at age 11. His first permaculture project was in 2003 and in 2009 got the Permaculture Design Certificate (The Permaculture Association UK) and a masters degree in
Forest Bioeconomy. Aula Mistérica’s motto is: “To uplift and inspire, to move and empower”.

Price
We feel that knowledge needs to be shared with motivated people, irrespective of their financial situation. We therefore decided to leave open the price and make participation based on donation after the event.
Suggested: 200-400EUR for the three days, including all meals and accommodation if you decide to stay on the land. This is really just a suggestion, based on our actual cost for food, materials & travel expenses. The idea is that you can pay what you can and feel this experience is worth to you.
