You are invited to discover a resourcing tool through surrendering to your own frequency. Your frequency in singing sounds and in receiving the movements your body naturally expresses.
Embeded in a sacred and held environment this invitation allows you to reconnect to the core of silence in yourself.
Through the shared and safe space we can support you in this un-learning and de-conditioning, and you might discover that this voice and body of yours most naturally begin to be your allies in day-to-day life.
Both of us have been on our own inner path for decades, gathering knowledge and experience in the fields of yoga, meditation, sweatlodges, non-directive spaceholding, therapeutic tools, and the enneagram (a powerful wisdom mirror for self-awareness).
Living as a couple since 20 years offered us challenges to be met, to develope an open ground for deeper exchange, plus raising 4 children in a non-directive and respectful way, and being inspired by the spiritual practise of latihan (a modern version of sahaj-yoga).
Now we feel the call to share this simple and powerful practice with you, open the space and allow for your innate resources to live your life from within.
This central aspect of our work – living from within rather than following outside expectations – is the turning point.
Starting Thursday, March 10th, continuing on the 31st, then April 14th … to be continued bi-weekly.
